Kobe bryant leads lakes to win the second series, though Kobe got some hurts in this series but he got at least 32 points in the series, if he could't get many points in the games, the lakers couldn't win the seriers. So you can say that Kobe is the lakers' leader.

Teamwork is very important

Team work is very important in the basketball game. In the third game of lakers v.s. jazz, lakers didn't do well on their teamwork and had 18 errors in the game, that is why jazz could win the game.
